First and foremost, please accept my apology for the issues that caused Moodle to be so slow over the last few weeks.
There were some database inconsistencies that broke some indexes making it longer for the system to find and load resources. The best way to resolve it and prevent future outages was to replace the server. The new site has all the course categories and we will work to populate all the quizzes that were the majority of the issues. With that, this new site will not have your completion information but the old site will remain up during the transition.
Due to the corruption of the old database, I am not going to try and restore anything, simply start over. If you have open attempts of quizzes, you can complete them on the old server available at 184.67.44.155/pma and all of your marks are available there to complete quizzes and review them for study purposes. If there is no mark on the new site for a quiz that has been completed, you do not need to do it again - results are on the old server. When user accounts were reloaded your original password was utilized.
